Women’s Fitness BootCamp Details:

  • Session length: 6-weeks

  • Days per week: 3-days
  • Class length: 1 hour
  • Location: Various local Huntington Beach parks and beaches
  • Times:
  •         Option 1: T-TH-F @ 6:00 am-7:00 am

            Option 2: M-W-F @ 9:00 am-10:00 am

            Option 3: M-W-TH @ 6:30 pm-7:30 pm


  • Assessment: 1 hour prior to session start date
    • Fitness and goal assessment
    • Body fat analysis
    • Body circumference measurements

  • What to bring:
    • Water
    • Yoga or exercise mat
    • 3-lb. Weights
    • 5-lb. Weights
