Class length: 1 hour
Location: Various local Huntington Beach parks and
beaches
Times:
Option 1: T-TH-F @ 6:00 am-7:00 am
Option 2: M-W-F @ 9:00 am-10:00 am
Option 3: M-W-TH @ 6:30 pm-7:30 pm
Assessment: 1 hour prior to session start date
- Fitness and goal assessment
- Body fat analysis
- Body circumference measurements
What to bring:
- Water
- Yoga or exercise mat
- 3-lb. Weights
- 5-lb. Weights
