Boot camp is an exciting outdoor workout designed to burn fat and condition the body.  It also offers you the opportunity to meet new friends whose fitness goals are similar to your own.  Men and women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate and be a part of this excellent program. BootCamp Details for: Monday

 

·  Session length: 6-weeks

·  Days per week: 3-days

·  Class length: 1 hour

·  Location: Various local Huntington Beach parks and beaches .

·  Times: Option 1: T-TH-F @ 6:00 am-7:00 am
              Option 2: Sat @ 9:00 am
(If you have already signed up for a six week course Saturdays are free of charge.)

 

·Assessment: 1 hour prior to session start date

o Fitness and goal assessment

o Body fat analysis

o Body circumference measurements

 

·  What to bring:

o Water

o Yoga or exercise mat

o 3-lb. Weights

o 5-lb. Weights
